Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your FSBO.ms listing plan. If you are not happy with the service, you may request a refund under the terms below.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds apply to the first payment of a monthly plan or to a one-time listing plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the refund instructions, or contact us at hello@fsbo.ms and we will forward your request to Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, your access to paid features will end and any listings published under the refunded plan may be unpublished. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, including fraudulent or misleading listings. Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
